Aluminium Composite Panels

Aluminance aluminium composite panels (ACP) by Gtekal combine two coil-coated aluminium skins with a mineral-filled or polyethylene core. The result is a flat, rigid and lightweight composite panel for facade cladding and architectural applications, available in 113 colours including real metallic, granite and wood-effect finishes.

Technical specifications

Panel thickness: 3 / 4 / 6 mm (4 mm standard)
Skin thickness: 0.25 – 0.50 mm aluminium, PVDF or PE lacquer
Fire performance: A2, B1 and B2 rated cores
Width: 1250 / 1500 mm; length up to 5000+ mm, cut to size
Coating: PVDF 70/30 for facades, colour-fast against UV

Use areas

Ventilated facade cladding, cassette systems on U profile or AFC 50 substructure, column covers, canopies and soffits, signage and totems, interior wall panels and clean rooms.

Cassette mounting profiles

The hook-on cassette detail is completed by an in-house extruded hanging and clip profile set. Each part opens as a true-scale 3D model with its dimensioned section drawing:
